The room was very quiet to say that we were above a pub… we heard no noise whatsoever.
Very compact clean rooms so easy to walk into the centre and had everything we wanted.
Lovely breakfast with great choices.
The property was very good so would have to be picky … no tissues in the room.
It is a great pub with rooms.

It is a lovely hotel, with beautiful decor. The room and ensuite were smallish but charming and thougtfully appointed. The staff are really friendly and helpful, even helping to lug the suitcases up the tight, steep stairs. Keep in mind that if you have any mobility issues, it is an old building and the stairs are tricky.
Great restaurant in the pub with a wonderful, generous breakfast.
It was extremely hot at the time of our visit and the room does not have air conditioning. There was a fan provided but it was a long way from the bed and the room was extremely hot.

It was a shame that we were on 3rd floor and there was no lift. However the staff did help with luggage. I have some mobility issues so climbing the stairs was quite challenging.
