We had a great stay, though arrived late at 10PM on a Friday after travelling and left early at 7AM, as we hiking the South Downs Way and needed an early start. We didn't meet Saskia due to our arrival/departure times, but she was very friendly and helpful over messages. We had a self check-in via a key in a lockbox, which was convenient for us.
Guesthouse very well located, close to the centre, everything very walkable. Room is well-kept, clean and comfortable. Kettle and mini fridge in room too. Hot shower, good wifi.
The attic room was perfect for us, but if you are particularly tall you may find the ceilings quite low and the bed a little short

This is truly a beautiful place to stay, Saskia's attention to detail, design skills and care make this place one of the best places ive stayed in. The bed was super comfortable with quality feather pillows and bedding. Well done Saskia! Ill definitely come back!

Charming environment, welcoming, excellent breakfast, perfect location quiet and superb hospitality. Every detail was considered.
Only the steep steps to get from street to room. Only an issue for me, who suffered a muscle spasm just before arriving.

Great location in town.
No parking but that’s Winchester for you.
