Location is fantastic. The staff are very helpful and very quick to respond to messages. Plenty of beds for a group of ten lads (well, 43 year old lads).
The only issue is the appartment is looking run down. It needs a lick of paint and some new flooring. It also needs an air con unit in the communal area as whilst the bedrooms were nice and cool, this area was pretty hot and given it is small, it was not comfortable for ten people to spend much time in. Not a major issue as we were out most of the time but it could do with sorting alongside the decor.

La ubicación es muy buena y el lugar está limpio.
No tiene ascensor al primer piso y el ascensor que hay que muy antiguo para los otros pisos. No tiene parqueadero y alrededor son muy costosos, alrededor de 40 euros por 8 horas

Perfect location, plenty of beds for a large group, strong air conditioning
Smaller common area, but we weren’t in Madrid to hang out in the apt, we were only there to sleep.

Great location with a lot of beds made this ultimately convenient.
Despite being relatively cheap, the condition of this apartment is poor. Needs painting badly, the appliances are cheap and the hood over the stove doesn’t work. There are areas where the floor is coming up, which the owners are clearly aware of, as there have placed, now quite worn, painters tape. The only windows are about 7-8 feet of the ground and feed into a dirty area. The ac units were inconsistent and some functioned below adequacy, plus there weren’t enough remotes.
