Good location, a short walk to the centre of York. We stayed for 2 nights and the facilities were fine for our requirements. It was very useful to have a parking space just outside the door.
It was dusty and some of the towels didn't look very clean. The fridge was very noisy.

Absolutely loved the accommodation, really spacious and a lovely touch to have tea and coffee supplied

The location and the first floor, second floor was problematic. The apartment is very nice and host was very responsive.
To get to the upper room the stairs are very steep, each step in as high as my knee, and if you are too tall you cannot stand properly, plus upper room has not a proper "bathroom", there's a bathtub on the side of the room and a small sink, the toilet itself is hidden in a very small space.

The host was extremeley friendly and responded almost immediately. The property was in a perfect quiet location not too far from the centre and the rooms were well equipped including bathrooms and kitchen. It felt like a cosy home from home.
