Great location near York racecourse, next to bakery, shop and nice pub. Only 5 min drive to train station or City or 20 min walk

The location was great. It was a 15 / 20 min walk into York which was great as you could get your bearings along the way and see what was available or any easy bus ride. There was a folder with plenty of information about places to see and eat and bus timetables etc.. which was helpful. Overall the family enjoyed the stay. The house was perfect for our needs - Clean, quiet and easy parking out front.
