Daniel was probably the kindest host I have ever met. We had some flight problems on arrival & departure and he was incredibly accommodating, generous & warm at all times.
Apartment is a stones throw from the beach with a fabulous view. It’s spacious and well equipped. Also right by tram 2 & 3.

The sea view is beautiful & the space is appreciated!
Host was excellent communicator.
Good location in terms of situation on Promenade des Anglais & access to public transport & proximity to airport.
Furniture is outdated with too many personal knickknacks (teddy bears & some strange ornaments). Bed linen could be improved as we were sometimes chilly with air conditioning & had to use some older blankets at top of cupboard.
Air conditioning units need updating .. broken duct (although quickly repaired) & damage in bathroom ceiling.
The worst point of all to spoil this beautiful original Appartment was the back access, and the terrible musty odour as you climbed the staircase (lift out of order) which subsequently penetrated into the appartment.
