Escape to this phenomenal condo in the picturesque city of Nice. Situated just behind the famous ‘Promenade des Anglais’, it boasts a magnificent sea view. With its two comfortable bedrooms — one with a double bed and the other with two single beds — you’ll find plenty of space to relax. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer, and towels, shampoo and shower gel are provided. You also have a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, capsule coffee machine, washing machine and dishwasher. The large fridge-freezer is equally handy.
Enjoy optimal comfort all year round thanks to the reversible air conditioning, which maintains a pleasant temperature throughout the flat. The flat faces north-south (to the south: Avenue de la Californie and to the north: Voie Mathis). Thanks to a key box at the supermarket by the nearest tram stop, ‘Fabron’ (just a 3-minute walk from the flat), you can conveniently collect the key during normal opening hours. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of sightseeing or enjoying the exceptional view whilst dining on the balcony, this lovely flat is the ideal retreat. Conveniently, the tram runs along the street, allowing you to reach your holiday home quickly from the airport or to easily get to the old town with its famous ‘Flower Market’ and Nice’s marina.
