We chose Mir Homestay for our Christmas Day. The host Mr Hong is exceptionally helpful and friendly like a brother. He fatched us from the jetty and offered whole heartedly to make sure our stay is the most comfortable. We could sense that he wanted us to get the best from this trip and to know his small Kinmen well. He is the best tour guide too. He brought us to the beach to view glittering Xiamen at the sea horizone in the evening. We felt pampered when Mrs Hong cooked us breakfast. His beautiful daughter is our link to the sites of native flora and fauna on beautiful Kinmen. We feel very much like at home from their warm reception. They provided us delicious and local Chinese foods. The foods presented by the Chinese restaurant opposite the homestay are as tasty as the big restaurant in Taipei. Miss Hong sent us off to the jetty on our depature, we felt kind of sad to leave them. For us, they are awarded the best host from all of our travelling experience across seven seas. Please visit them if you are on this small but possesses the greatest heart island.
