The images on booking are not reflecting how beautiful the place is! Seraphina and Helder should definitely put more images here and could probably ask for 50% more in rent. We lived in the two bedroom house, that actually consists of a large living room, two bedrooms, three bathrooms, a jacuzzi, a large terrace and a garden. The kitchen has everything you need and you will get a nice welcome present and daily breakfast and cleaning service.

This place is absolutely insane!! It was our first accommodation on the island and when unfortunate event occurred that our baggage got lost our host helped us with everything. He picked us from the airport, dropped us off to the supermarket and provided all toilet equipment we needed. In the house we found lots of fresh food and fruits. Our house was almost brand new and equipped with everything we needed and much more. Quality of the house is much higher than we expected. It’s really peaceful, clean and safe place. Additionally the view for the ocean makes you speechless. Description on booking and photos definitely don’t capture reality of this place. I highly recommend this accomodation!!

This property is exceptional and exceeded our expectations in every way. We stayed in the 2 bedroom house. The pictures and description do not fully capture how special this place feels, and how spacious and peaceful it is. The home is immaculate and perfectly appointed. Many special and unexpected touches. The beautiful private outdoor spaces, the views, location, the convenience of parking and laundry on site all added to our wonderful experience here. The staff is exceptional- extremely responsive, kind and helpful with our every need. I can not recommend this property enough.

We loved everything

Great accomodation, clean and spacious. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and functional. Perks: Jacuzzi in the garden, view, location. Great breakfast!!

The house is really nice and large. It has a wonderful garden. The house is very well located (20 minuts drive from Ponta Delgada). The kitchen is also well equiped. The owners provided us with fresh bread every day for free. It's ideal to explore the west and central part of Sao Miguel.

Very good follow up from the host. Car rental via them also worked really well. The house is stunning and it was really a treat to stay there. The breakfast and fruit provided on the first day was very nice. There's a little supermarket within walking distance.

I suspect the guests in the lower flat used the hot tub when we were out and they didn't respect the privacy of the upper part being exclusively for the upper flat. We informed the host and they said they'd follow up.

The suite itself was amazing. Extremely comfy, luxurious bed. Spacious bathroom with double sink, towel warmer rack, and amazing shower. The kitchen was fully equipped. Overall decor, mixing modern with vintage touches throughout was gorgeous. The exterior was well groomed and super clean. We didn't see many photos when we booked this stay, and this place honestly exceeded all expectations. The gesture of the "welcome package" of 3 jams, cheese, butter, bread, cookies, milk, beer, water, wine and beer was over-the-top generous and made for such a thoughtful welcome. Even considering allergens and ensuring that the products were allergy-safe, plus providing dairy-free/nut-free milk... so kind. Little touches and special services throughout the facilties were well appreciated. Anything from having separate towels to use outside of the suite, fresh bread deliveries in the mornings, accessible laundry room, and daily house cleaning and towel changes gave it a 5-star feel. Amazing place in a very peaceful part of the island. We will be back for sure :)

Clean, staff was friendly. We were welcomed with local products (cheese, liqueur, biscuits). Kitchen was well equipped. Bathroom is big with a big shower and bathrobes. The bed was very comfortable. Private parking. There is a washing machine. Easy check in and communication.

The apartment was practically in the basement, very dark, next to the street where there were street works the whole time we stayed. The kitchen is small, the light too bright and the tiny table and chairs very uncomfortable. Technically there is a table outside, but behind a bush and with view of walls... We we're not allowed to use the terrace you see on the pictures let alone the pool. Overall I was very disappointed. What was advertised as luxury apartments was in our case a dark and uncomfortable apartment. I felt very fooled by the online presentation. The other apartments are probably nicer but I will not be coming back to find out...

Excelent confort, clean and tidy, very tasty welcome Azorean delicatese, Joana is a very kind, helpful and friendly housekeeper, the beds are very confortable.

The goundfloor apartment has limited view and intimity, being located at entrance.

I had such a lovely time here. I enjoyed it so much, instead of adventuring out as soon as I woke up, I actually spent time at the apartment, enjoying the garden, the view of the ocean, and jacuzzi, right from the property. The owner met me to check me in. I love when people do quality work and from speaking to him, I could tell how much effort and pride he put into his projects. The owner is expanding and opening another space right across from this stay. My rental car was safely parked. I had access to a very clean laundry space, with a drying rack and also with detergent provided. The jacuzzi was incredible as well. The bathroom in the apartment is huge and I loved having so much space. I appreciated the small touches, like the chocolate on the pillows and the bath robes. Fresh bread is provided every day and you also arrive to a kitchen full of goodies, like local cheeses, pineapple, coffee, local jam, beer, wine. I am so happy I booked my stay here rather than in Sete Cidades.

The home is new, elegant and comfortable. Helder is a really great host, helped us also finding a car for our stay, and he bring us to the airport for the departure.

Lovely place! Totally recommended it. The place is even bigger than it looks on the pictures. Jacuzzi just for our family. The host welcomed us with wonderful cheese, wine, jams and local bread. Great location if you don't want to stay in Ponta Delgada and aim a location near the Seven Cities! It was really wonderful stay.

The entire place was just gorgeous with a great ocean view and it was impeccably clean. Natalina was a sweetheart and taking a super good care of us every day

There was truly nothing what we did not like.

Staff and owners went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and we were well taken care of. It is a beautiful, immaculate accomodation. Fresh bread daily was a nice perk.

Super location, beautiful house with such a kind help of Natalina the cleaning maid. Big rooms and so much space in the house and lovely garden. Breakfast is simple but you have anything you need.

Maybe the beds are for us a little bit to small.
