Clean,comfortable room and very quiet.
Easy 5 minute walk to the High st.
Breakfast was cooked exactly as we had asked and was delicious. We liked the arrangement in the Dining Room of making own toast as desired.
Have never seen the ketchup in a pump dispenser before but we thought it was a great idea! The strawberry salad was lovely!
The hosts were available but not overly intrusive.
Really enjoyed it and will return

Couldn’t check in until 4, but no one there to leave luggage earlier. This wasn’t indicated on their website. Arrived back at 5:30, not particularly welcoming and had to wait outside at door, rather than be invited to sit inside until the owner had finished with another guest. We had booked a king suite with Mountain View, this was not the room we were given.
