The hosts were both lovely, very friendly, and made me feel very welcome in their guest house! Breakfast was great. The room was small but had everything and was perfectly comfortable. Would recommend for a warm & welcoming stay in Keswick!

The location was great, close to the center but on a quiet street. The hosts were very helpful.

Compared to other places I have stayed, breakfast choices and time were more limited. perfectly okay, though.

Location

Being blamed for a toilet that didn’t work and apparently flooding the floor, a letter telling what I did left in my room, the attitude of the hosts, we left after 1 night even though I paid for 2 nights, I won’t my money back

We stayed in Room 8 which was on the top floor of the property and had an amazing view over the mountains. The best I have ever seen! Hosts were very friendly and accommodating making for a great stay from start to finish. Room was lovely, clean and tidy with everything you need. Beds were very comfortable and we slept well. Parking on site was a real bonus and much appreciated, but there is also good street parking right next door to the B&B. Great breakfasts and hosts offered a takeaway bacon sandwich for one of our party that was doing the Parkrun on the Saturday morning. I would thoroughly recommend this place and I'll certainly be back.

The proprietors at the Lincoln house are lovely and very attentive, remembering our preferences at breakfast.
