Excellent location, superb friendly staff and comfortable room.

This is a great hotel, super clean, centrally located to visit everything you want to see in the area and the absolute highlight is the staff. Ocha and all the others, from parking staff to the spa team and housekeeping are all next level friendly and helpful. We would stay here again without a doubt.

The only thing for us that could improve is some more European breakfast options. Some cheese or more yoghurt options for example.

The staff. always. They're very helpful and not fussy when we asked to store our food a night before we checked out.

Too close to the main road. We were in the elevator with someone who had the name tag and looked like he was the boss. The attitude was not welcoming. We don't care if he was the boss of the hotel, we were the guest, he supposed to greet us and asked if there was anything wrong or were we happy with the hotel, etc. Sad. Because his stuff were way more helpful and nicer than him. We got his name but didn't want to say it here. Oh and when the door opened he went our 1st not even waited for us, 3 guest ladies. I hope he had a bad day that day, not every day.
