First of all, I didn’t get the room I booked. There was no window in the room which made it dark and damp. The room smelled like there was no fresh air inside since years. When I was laying in bed, I noticed a smoke smell. There was an ashtray on the bedside table, but the booking said that it’s a non smoking room. The air conditioner was broken and the bathroom was dirty. The room just looked like a room straight out of a horror movie. The staff didn’t speak a single word English. When I complained about the problems, they didn’t care and I had to pay the full price.
