It was extremely close to a good park and the city centre.

No instructions for use of oven. But did work it out eventually.

Well equipped apartment

Didn't like the area and brick wall views out of each window. As we were on the ground floor we had to keep the blinds down all the time.

walking distance from city centre. own parking space albeit quite tight. very comfortable beds and clean linens; kitchen well appointed with complementary biscuits, tea, coffee, cooking oil, salt and pepper, mild and sugar. shower gel provided in bathroom. the accommodation is functional and the price reflects this.

A bit noisy at night when the windows were open. the settee was not very inviting!

Great location. Absolutely clean and tidy. Perfect even for long stays, but we only needed it for 2nights. If I were to return to Norwich- definitely would stay here again if available. Good facilities. Parking was available!

Nothing really. If the heating is not on..it can get chilly (especially the feet). But that's because of the season. And just that if the kettle had been cleaned from the limescale, it would've been nicer (but that's just minor as it's due to the hardwater in the area.)

Great place with lots of room!

The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The bed was hard, lumpy and it was a small double bed yet the room probably has room for a larger bed. Pillows were lumpy and too hard too.

We were there during a very cold snap just before Christmas. The flat was warm but not over heated which is what we prefer for a good night's sleep. It was bigger than expected and had all that we needed. I would definitely stay again if it or another apartment was available.

The apartment was in a very good central location Easy to walk into centre of Norwich. Very quiet location with a parking space. Extremely clean and well equipped. Would definitely recommend. Definitely will return.

Had its own parking space very close to town centre 5 minute walk

We could not get hot water from bathroom sink tap which was a nuisance as weather was so cold. Other than this I would still recommend the apartment as hot water in kitchen and shower so presume this was just a blip. We had a brilliant weekend.

Apartment 96B was lovely, ideal location, 10mins to city. It was clean, warm and cosy. Very handy having a car space. The facilities were great, shower hot too.

Only gripe was the mattress was uncomfortable.

Could have been more thoroughly cleaned. Some basic utensils missing (a good knife to chop vegetables or cut bread, more than 2 glasses and 2 forks, a table cloth or place mats). The apartment was on the ground floor and the blinds are dark brown. If you don't want people staring at you while you have your lunch you have to keep the onds completely closed but this means you don't get any natural light. With a lighter colour of blinds or lace curtains it would be possible to have privacy and a bit of natural light.

The flat was clean and very easy to access, with very clear instructions for check-in and accessing the key lock box sent to us by Felicity. The location was great for exploring Norwich, only a 5 minute walk from the city centre and close to some bakeries/coffee shops for breakfast in the morning. It was also great to have a dedicated parking spot directly outside the building. Facilities were good, a little basic, so if you are wanting more than instant coffee in the morning, bring your own cafetiere; however, there were a small amount of dish and glassware available and cooking items, along with oil and salt and pepper. Bathroom was large and clean with a good shower. Wi-fi was fairly quick and we had Netflix available on the TV.

Perhaps a few more glasses/coffee mugs, but for two, there were enough. Unfortunately the bed was too hard for us, making for quite an uncomfortable night's sleep, so an upgrade to that would really help make the place an excellent stay. Shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom would also be appreciated.
