The flat is spacious, light, bright and comfortable, and its location is excellent, being both quiet and easy access for the main city. I had a very enjoyable stay and look forward to returning soon. Thank you.
There’s nothing to dislike.
A minor housekeeping point to address : waste water runs very slowly from bathroom sink so there might be a blockage building up?
And it would be great to boost the kitchen equipment to include a few more basics like scissors and a tin opener etc… and maybe a more powerful washing up detergent to avoid tea staining.
But otherwise, all good.

Very tasteful pieces of art and S American artefacts. - Minimalist in decor and equipment - just enough.. haha.
The host's library also fascinating.
Good location.
Good lighting for reading ( in living. & bedrooms) had been overlooked.
Our specific questions re. parking - availability of scratch cards and use of blue badge were not answered by the agent.

The stairs are horrible and there is massive gap in the apartment. Almost fell down dangerous stairs. Apartment on second floor
