Perfect quiet location near the river and an easy walk from the train station.
Alessandra was charming, welcoming and helpful.
The kitchen/dining room with facilities for tea and coffee with light breakfast items provided was a real bonus which we hadn't expected. A wonderful place to stay!

Alessandra was very helpful with advice on what to see in a limited time, and recommended places to eat.
We were able to leave our bags after checkout and collect them before going to the station.
The guest house is very secure and a short walk from the old city centre.
Also only 5 mins walk from the Piazza Diaz bus stop for the bus to the railway station.
The building is a nice example of 20th century living but with a spotless modern bathroom, instead of a boring modern hotel, and our room was enormous.
Nothing!

Alessandra was an excellent host, provided us with great information and was always there if we needed any assistance, advice or needs. Bravo Zulu!

Very nice rooms, had a river view and very nice host!
The doors has absolutely 0% noise cancellation, we could hear everything from the other side of the floor. We would wake up multiple times a night because other guests would return late at night. The garbage bin in our private restroom outside the room was not cleaned and changed between us and the previous guests.
