This hotel is amazing.
We had a deluxe suite level 5 building one facing the ocean and gardens . The balcony caught the sunset .
The pool areas and seating around the pools and bars were always immaculately kept.
Sadly wasn’t informed on check in about a commercial function happening at the hotel which impacted the pool area slightly for one afternoon. But the staff couldn’t do enough to compensate for any disruption.

The rooms were small and not really a 5 star feeling from rooms but hotels it self was beautiful

Extensive breakfast buffet, and many options for sitting by different pools. Walkable to multiple restaurants outside and to the long beach walk that runs along the shoreline.
Our room faced a wall (see the photo)! For the price we paid, that felt unforgivable. Both check-in and check-out took far longer than they should have. In fact, we couldn't find anyone to help us check out, despite having a morning flight to catch. I was also surprised that there wasn't a concierge—or anyone else—who could help when we asked for advice on finding a medical clinic.
