Great location and felt very secure

I really loved the location, within walking distance of all the Paris's attractions: 4 minutes from Le Marais, 4 minutes from Les Halles, close to the Bourse, 20 minutes from the Louvre, and 1 minute from the Sentier metro station. I also liked that the room was relatively spacious, about 22 square meters, which is large compared to typical Paris hotel rooms.
I didn't like that we weren't told in advance that the air conditioner makes a noise if the temperature is set below 22°C.

Very comfortable room. Super clean. Caretaker was on site when we arrived and provided us useful information. She was quite helpful in the days after. The property is across the street from a street full of restaurants and shops.

Location and felt safe with key codes
The bed was horrible. Not comfortable at all. The floors were dirty. I had socks on and just from walking around on the floor they were filthy. The TV did not let us change it to English. The shower door does not stay closed. The AC is limited to a certain temp. The WiFi makes you log in every time you leave and come back. The staff did tell us the property is being updated next year
