Very helpful staff, very comfortable bed and great shower.
A lovely breakfast too.
Although the location was good for using the Metro and getting to all of the major tourist attractions it was a little 'seedy' to wander around.

Location is great! It’s very quiet during the night)
No fridge in the room.

Staff was good and helpful
The most negative thing was the wash basin and shower was open inside the bedroom ( like prisoners cell) which they never mention pics or description, because of that the room was so badly smelling as if I was sleeping in the bathroom , I had to sleep with my facemask on . Plus they were unable to serve me the breakfast early as I had my train but they said they will refund my breakfast charges ... Which are still awaited

Nice location, friendly staff
Expensive for what it was, no elevator in one of the buildings, shower flooded, toilet seat fell off, rooms so small you can’t open suitcase fully, weird decor of hulk hanging from ceiling
