Beautiful room, especially with the terrace and large double sink bathroom. Fantastic location and friendly staff. Pool facility and Hammam was great and so nice to be able to book it privately.
We had difficulties with a/c in that ours wasn’t working when we arrived and we were told it would be fixed within the day. It wasn’t and so we had one very warm and uncomfortable sleep but then the team relocated us and upgraded our room and from then on we had a wonderful stay and will return. Kudos to the team and friendly manager for solving our problem. Thank you! 🙏 my only feedback would just be to try to offer a solution sooner and if you know it won’t be fixed then to say so sooner. Thank you!

Location 15 minutes away from gare du nord.
Lots of eateries close by
Small rooms. We had 2 rooms. Not much space around the bed
Claims spa- but only a steam room and small pool. No sauna or jacuzzi
