Hotel de Nell

Décoration of the hotel and of the rooms is really nice, modern and cosy. The staff is extremely nice, friendly and professional. The area is calm and elegant, yet close to lively streets with restaurants. We were delighted and will come back

From start to finish, the service and hospitality at Hôtel de Nell were exceptional. The staff were thoughtful and attentive throughout my stay, and they went above and beyond to help me recover AirPods I'd left at a museum, which I truly appreciated. A special thank you to Jennie, Hajer, Melissa and Mathieu for their warmth and care. They made me feel genuinely looked after. I'm already looking forward to coming back. This is now my go-to hotel in Paris!

Good location. Staff were really lovely. Bed was extremely comfortable and room one was great, particularly for Paris which is known for teeny rooms

For a hotel rated 5 stars, I’d expect a lot more.. minimal facilities and a thrown together spa (masseuse was reallyyyy lovely though. No ambience in the lobby, bar, relaxation areas. Average breakfast even though staff were 10/10… It felt like the hotel was just ticking boxes in order to get the 5 star rating.. Mouldy showers, stained bench tops. a lot of worn walls and floors which were chipped, missing coverings, stains on curtains. The service laundry always left in our hallways during the day. If this hotel was rated 4 stars, I would be fairer in my comments, however you can’t claim 5 stars when it’s far from it..
