I loved the friendly atmosphere. The people working there were super helpful and very kind. The hotel rooms though all were very clean and it was perfect for a sort stay

Everything was great. The location is walking distance to Louvre museum, lovely staff, very clean and comfortable room, the little gifts were a nice touch ;)
The breakfast. It was very basic and could have been better.

This was in a quiet and safe area of Paris, one very friendly and helpful staff member but others were not that interested. Nice toiletries and soaps in bathrooms. Breakfast was OK but in noisy and busy room with no windows. Close to metro so good location to get to centre, and nice area with a few cafes.
It was really expensive for what it was and clearly staff wanted to be excellent but it was just ok. One main issue was the shower did not work properly, it was scalding hot and no method of changing that. We reported it as would be dangerous. The balcony was a bit small but not unexpected for that area of Paris. Overall we were looking forward to this hotel and found ourselves quite disappointed.
