The place really exceeded our expectation! We were taken aback on how spacious it was. Honestly, the room could fit 10 people. It also had complete facilities which I appreciated.
This is not the property's issue but I wish I had requested for a room in the first floor. We were traveling with senior citizens so getting up and down the stairs were an issue especially that there were no railings.

Design of the room, cleanliness, and accommodating attendant. She even came up with a solution to safekeep our luggage. The location is also strategic to key location points around Dumaguete.
The 11AM check-out time is just too early. I wish they could push it to the standard 12:00noon.
