I’m sorry I have to give such a low score. After all, it’s our responsibility as travelers to each other and also this is our platform to let the owners know what needs improvement (as not everyone is friendly and let you the opportunity to tell in person)

It’s a small house. Which means: - No privacy Poor wooden doors of the bedrooms aren’t connected to the ceiling so you hear everything from the dining room which is the only common space and so close to the rooms. Owners (couple) live there.. have family coming to visit.. cook.. and it really makes you feel as you were living in someone’s home (but paying). - Safety The house is located 20-25 min from the main street with all the restaurants and the beach. Part of it is a dark road and unpleasant to walk. * If you’re a solo traveler: Book a private room and not a dorms!! ‘Dorms’ is a tiny room with two single beds extremely closed to each other (so weird). Imagine sharing a twin room with a person you don’t know.. All in all.. so many things are wrong as for the property and lack of experience and understanding how to run a guesthouse of the owners. I wouldn’t recommend staying there for the noise and privacy only.

Esta vez la experiencia no fue agradable, pedí 5 habitaciones solo nos entregaron 4, el chekin era a las 3 y eran las 7 de la noche y aun no estaba listo el alojamiento, Nos limitaron en el horario de dormir solo hasta las 12 de la noche y luego debíamos acostarnos, porque los dueños así lo decidieron, nos sentimos muy cohibidos uniese preferido quedarme en casa. No había agua en las llaves había qué estarles diciendo para poder tener agua.

I cannot speak highly enough about this hotel. The staff was fantastic, always going above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room itself was spotless and well-appointed, with all the amenities I could ask for. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Miguel and his girlfriend were amazing, stay at this hotel was an absolute pleasure! The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything I needed. The hotel's location was also great, as it was close to all the main attractions and restaurants in the area.

Our hosts were very friendly, the place was clean, well equipped kitchen, all in all a great place to stay for a few days.
