Lovely staff, clean room, loved the pool, great breakfast, wish we stayed longer and definitely coming back again!
The location was convenient but not in the busy touristy area
We couldn't find the address on grab, but it was a small issue as we found something next door but perhaps check with grab to see how to get hotel address registered?

First time in Danang was very memorable. The location of the hotel was perfect. Close to restaurants.
The hotel was beautiful. The pool was the highlight as well as the buffet breakfast. The hotel staff were super attentive and friendly.
Loved this place.
Although didnt really like the noisy family next to our room for the whole time of our stay.

The property is nice but getting a little run down and it’s only 10 years old.
The pool had some mould marks on the waterline. The staff were lovely and so helpful but communication was difficult sometimes. Most days we would not receive face washers from cleaning staff. They would just forget or take our two glasses from the room and never replace them. Often the cleaners were on their phones instead of working. The small fridge in the room is only room temperature and not chilled at all. We had someone look at it but there is no thermostat to turn temperature up.
