The location is near to the vardzia caves. If you look good, you could see them from the hotel’s terrace. You need a 10 min walk to reach the Vardzia caves.
The room is clean and comfortable, you will have very good sleep here and there was a beautiful view from our window.
There is only one restaurant in the surrounding. It is a pity that you can not use the kitchen to prepare something to eat when the hotel doesn’t provide a meal for the day. A supermarket is a 5 minute ride.

Clean room, comfortable bed, plenty of parking.
I booked a room here (and paid a lot more than we have been paying all over Georgia) inbecause supposedly there were good views of Vardzia. In my confirmation, our room had a balcony but no so we couldn't see the caves from our room. You get a view from the parking lot, but the hotel is still a ways away from the caves. If you want pictures you need to drive down the road to the lookout.
