Questa unità anteriore del golfo ha piastrelle in tutte le aree comuni e moquette nelle camere da letto. Entrambi i bagni sono stati recentemente rinnovati e offrono nuove docce e pavimenti piastrellati, nonché ripiani in granito e nuovi armadietti. La vernice verde salvia e morbida color talpa offre un'atmosfera rilassante. Godetevi dinette a sedere per 4, TV in salotto e due camere da letto, così come un videoregistratore e lettore DVD in salotto. La camera da letto principale dispone di un letto king size con bagno annesso e un letto queen size nella camera degli ospiti con bagno in tutto il corridoio. Sedetevi sul vostro balcone e ammirate uno dei bellissimi tramonti della Florida con vista direttamente sulla spiaggia.

This is our second year at House of the sun and everything was perfect. Condo in good condition, super helpful at the front desk. if I had one complaint it would be that pickleball was played all day everyday and you could not sit on the patio in peace and quiet.

A very comfortable and relaxing vacation. The apartment was very well appointed. A beautiful beach and not crowded. Cannot wait to return. Plenty to do and great restaurants nearby. the support from management was superb.

WOW!! We had the most amazing time at House of the Sun 316GF!! This was our first time so Siesta Key and having a nice, clean condo and also a patio with the most amazing views made it more enjoyable. The free trolly was nice to take to Siesta Villages and shop. We would also recommend the Sunset E-Bike tour. We appreciated the staff in the front office - they were so easy to work with. We will look forward to our next trip to Siesta Key!
