Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage.Es sind nur wenige Minuten bis zu den Twin Towers.Die Aussicht vom Hotelzimmer ist Spitze.Auch vom Pool hat man eine sehr schöne Sicht.Positiv möchte ich auch das Frühstück erwähnen.Die Auswahl war sehr gut.

Leider gab es nach 22 Uhr keine Bar mehr, wo man den Abend hätte ausklingen lassen.

staff was extremely helpful. we arrived before check in time after a very long flight. they gave us a temporary room to shower and rest until our room was ready. from there I was sold! our 2bd apt was very spacious, comfortable beds and big enough closets for a week. location is superb. 6min walk to the Petrona towers where you can find restaurants, shops and transportation of all sorts. Mall opens til late so we could enjoy the whole day and have dinner close by before coming back.

kitchen was small and oddly distributed but it didn't make much difference to us because we didn't cook there. it was enough for organizing a room service or delivery meal

Staying at the property due to attending wedding located close by - sent my jacket to be dry cleaned before the wedding- but they were unable to return it in time as it went missing from when it was finished being cleaned. I had to attend the wedding without it. Took 24hrs before they could find it which was too late as it was returned day after the wedding ☹️ but the staff were nice about it (I did have to keep following up to see what the status was)very busy area very hard to get a grab

From the moment we stepped into the hotel during check-in and until check out everything was perfect. Staffs were friendly. Rooms are clean. Such a nice view from our room. Although we’re sad we didn’t get to dine in for buffet as the reservations were full. Definitely coming again next time.

We came by car so it’s a bit troublesome for us to have get to a different lift lobby to our car from the hotel lift lobby.

The hotel has nice ambience. I took the room with landmark view but I wished I had taken the other side (cheaper side) because only half of KLCC view was seen with many constructions going on. The other side looks very serene. The indoor pool is the highlight cuz I can enjoy the pool without getting sunburnt. The marbles were nicely done and you can see it in the glasses reflection above. The room was really comfy too. The kitchenette is the best! Plates, bowls, cutleries, sink and filtered water were provided. I can order in/delivery and had nice meals without living the room. Iron and ironing table were already provided. The toiletries were complete and really nice. The breakfast was okay too. The croissant, milk coffee, half boiled eggs were really good. The staff are all good looking and very kind. 😍. Thanks for the experience for my new year. This hotel really well thought the guest experience.

I wish they had a bath robe to use when we go down for a swim. The rest is just awesome.

Pool was nice, hotel was nice and bright and spacious.

Sky suites was meant to be facing the twin towers... but no one mentioned they were blocked by other tall towers...so we could only see like 10% of the twin towers. 😂 Breakfast buffet was good but same food everyday for 7 days we were there. They just used the vegies that they serve one day with the sausages, as a salad in the salad bar the next day.

The front desk check-in was very smooth. I arrived before the official check-in time and was able to get a room after a short wait. Exceptional and warm service, especially by the petite Chinese-speaking woman.
