A great well equipped hotel that has everything the traveller needs. Great communication when our flight plans were changed ...nothing too much trouble...The staff could not do enough ..a real credit to the property...will not be my last time visiting...

Spacious rooms with excellent view of Petronas Twin Towers. Breakfast was amazing and allowed choices between malay, chinese, indian and western options. Staff were friendly and provided an excellent service catering to all of our requests especially to decorate one of our rooms for my daughter’s birthday with ballons and a cake to celebrate!

The location and ambulance of the place. Also shop and food court. Staff were excellent too.

Location. Italian Restaurant excellent value for money on lower floor and a beer half the price of the hotel.
Pool area dismal and no staff available. High cost of alcohol . Pint of beer 68 ringit approx. £14 ! Will not pay that price as total “rip off” . Bed as hard as concrete and ended up with a bad back. Very disappointed with the comfort of the hotel. Had to go looking for a bartender in the bar as never there all the time.
