NEMAN Maison Experience I Pantheon

The location was fabulous, walking distance to all the attractions. Breakfast was freshly cooked. This is a small boutique hotel, the host was extremely kind and helpful. There are restaurants on the street level and grocery shops a short walk away. Biggest bonus, finally a lift, no dragging suitcases up stairs.

There was a little noise from the restaurants down stairs at night and early in the morning.

We’ve just returned from a wonderful stay at Neman Maison and honestly couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming and stress free experience. From the moment we arrived, Rhen was absolutely fantastic. He is attentive without ever being intrusive, incredibly helpful, easy-going and, most importantly, genuinely seems to care about making sure his guests have a lovely stay. Nothing felt like too much trouble. He even arranged our transfer back to the airport, which made our departure completely hassle free. Our room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. I was particularly grateful for the memory foam pillows, and Rhen even arranged an iron and ironing board for me when I needed them. Breakfast was wonderful and had a lovely selection of fruit, salad, croissants and juice. Rhen was there each morning to make our coffee and eggs exactly how we liked them, which made breakfast feel much more personal than the usual hotel buffet. We had also mentioned that we were staying for our honeymoon and Rhen surprised us with the most lovely gesture — a bottle of wine, a cake and a little note waiting in our room. It was such a thoughtful surprise and a beautiful touch that we’ll remember from our trip. The hotel is tucked away amongst restaurants and little streets, and although it wasn’t quite what we had initially expected, we absolutely loved it. The location turned out to be brilliant — so convenient for exploring Rome, with plenty around us, while still giving the whole stay a wonderfully relaxed feel.Yes there’s a little noise from the restaurants and bin collection,but honestly it wasn’t a problem. For us, the biggest highlight was the genuinely warm and personal service. Neman Maison felt completely stress-free, and Rhen really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
