Beautiful hotel with very professional staff. Good location. Would stay there again if I were going to Rome.
There was a weird thing with the lights. One switch worked all of the lights and it was by the door. I do like to have a nightstand light, particularly when traveling because walking across an unknown room in the middle of the night in the dark is just asking for a stubbed toe.

Our stay at Chapter was amazing. The room (on the second floor) was nice, clean and quite spacious. The bed was comfortable, shower was great and the windows work very well. It was also very quiet.
We stayed there for 4 nights and the only thing I would recommend is to have a bit more variety in breakfast. The food was great and of excellent quality, however, it was a bit repetitive after 4 nights. Otherwise, the breakfast area is super pleasant, as well as the staff who were all just wonderful.
We hope to be back.

Location and the staff. Staff were very welcoming and genuinely nice
Badly in need of renovation. It clearly has been neglected. No trap in the shower drain, scuff marks, toilet flush getting stuck and other little things being neglected
