The hotel is a beautiful hotel with modern decor located in a prime location in Rome, near Campo Dei Fiori. The staff were truly incredible there and were extremely nice and professional. When I needed a taxi for my ride to the airport, Adriana coordinated the taxi immediately at the time I needed, helped with my luggage in the morning and I didn't have to worry about the coordination. The decor in the rooms was beautifully modern yet comfortable and had a good amount of space for a hotel room in the city.

The location was incredible. Staff were friendly and helped organise our taxi back to the airport. Everything in Rome was walking distance. Room was very clean.
There was limited storage in the rooms so was difficult to unpack clothes for a 5 day stay.

Honestly pretty disappointed with this stay. We were by no means expecting a luxury hospitality experience but for ~$400/night we were expecting the basics: help with our bags upon arrival, actual coffee in our room (not instant/powdered), extra pillows upon request (not the next day), and generally nicer facilities/bigger rooms. This barely counts as hotel and feels more like a tiny apartment rental that happened to have a front desk. The rooms had a good deal of wear and tear and again, no coffee!
