Beautiful staff and very helpful throughout my stay. A big thank you to Vijay for your wonderful service and hospitality. I also really enjoyed the HARNN Heritage Spa, the team are amazing, and the whole experience was incredibly relaxing.
Definitely one of the most peaceful places I’ve stayed in Saudi Arabia to unwind, recharge and switch off.

Big rooms, nice staff
The first day i stayed the electricity and water were cut!! I couldn't shower, use the toilet, sleep because there was no AC and i couldnt even call anyone!!! I was so stressed and annoyed and it affected my entire business trip. I was expecting the hotel to refund my stay for that day but tgey did nothing! Plus the location is too far from everything and the roads are really bad.
