Breakfast was excellent and service was to the table was very good . Room was clean but the bath was a bit small for me and strained. The room clean and at night very quiet

Lovely people, a very substantial breakfast, well-priced, and in a perfect spot for accessing the Downs.

The two members of staff on the premises, cook (for breakfast which was very nice, and the receptionist/seemingly doing everything chap, were lovely
It was very tired needs a total update to get it to basic, walls were thin - you could hear conversations in next room clearly. Not what I was expecting but the two staff I met were very nice and helpful. If you’re having a walking holiday - great location.
