Fab location helpful and friendly staff
Room was Very tired bathroom could do with updating but from reception they are in the process of upgrading all the rooms guess we were unlucky to get an old room

Paid for the shared balcony room. . Lovely views and sunrise and sunset.
The room was smaller than the last balcony room booked. The TV didn’t work. No network message. The bed is very, very firm. The wash basin didn’t drain and could easily over flow if not watching it.
Had better rooms at this hotel.

"Dining room was a light, large room with sea view. Bedroom had sea view too overlooking Band Stand and pier. Also enjoyed the bar and conservatory areas."
