Character property in great central location with real bonus of on-site parking, Breakfast was great and staff were welcoming and did really well with matching rooms to needs of our 7 strong family group.
Only issue was the heating in two of the rooms was difficult to control and shower in Room 25 is tight on space and is scheduled for update. Hope will be fixed next time we book which is definitrly on the cards

The staff was super friendly, and the location of the B&B was great for exploring Eastbourne or walking down to the water.
We stayed in the water room, and ironically, the water pressure in the shower was some of the worst I've experienced in a hotel. We didn't mention it to staff, as we were only there a couple days. I realize this is a historical building, but maybe giving a heads-up to guests, especially those staying in this room, would avoid surprises in the morning. :)

Staff very friendly. Liked the decor and the room was both big and comfortable - more of a small hotel than a B&B.
There was nothing not to like.

Breakfast ok.
Bed very uncomfortable and shower tiny with either cold or very hot water.
