we have previously booked a beach bungalow however due to ongoing reconstruction we were “upgraded” to a villa with a private pool. I did not find this upgrade useful since we spent all day at the beach and did not even use the pool. we had to ride a bike to get to the beach since the villa is around 5 minutes away. wifi was terrible

the noice from the mosque can be heard at night, but that probably goes for the whole island

Lovely staff that helped us with everything we needed. I got sick the last day and they let us do a later check out for me to have time to recover a bit. The outside toilet was just amazing.

we had one of the bungalows nearest the beach club so it was music playing to late in the evening. But understand that is best for the customers sitting at the beach club.

Our trip to Gili Air started off quite disappointing when we arrived at our original property. But when we decided to stop for a drink at Camilla Beach Club, we got the best vibes from the place. Johdi who is ahead of the bar made us the best cocktails. We told him and the staff of our disappointing experience at our other accomodation and they suggested we stay with them. They got us a great villa! Best decision we were ever made! we loved the stay so much we extended it from 3 days to 5!! Johdi definitely made our stay more memorable! What a hard goodbye ❤️

Lovely villas, well looked after by very kind and attentive staff. Private pool is a plus, nice to relax. The team at Camila Resort was attentive and helpful from start to finish, before arrival, during our stay, but also when departing (helped us find appropriate transport). The rooms are very clean and looked after, and the amenities provide everything one would need. Bicycles are a great plus, can get around Gili Air quickly with the ones provided by the resort.

we ended up staying more time than we initially booked. Although it’s a bit far from the pier, we loved the staff and the place. people working there make it home and the distance from the “Center” is worth it. we stayed at the beach resort (they have two) which is right on the beach, ideal for breakfast with a view and a snorkelling area. Our bedroom was comfortable and it had a private HUGE jacuzzi that made the experience very nice. it’s super worth it, the place is cool, the breakfast is nice, there’s hot water in the shower and the staff is amazing. Mario, Jordi, Brian, Putun and Mile (not sure if the names are correct) and others whose names we can’t remember treated super well, which honestly made us stay more nights in the resort than initially planned. the property might not seem close from the Center (walking is a bit longer) but You have bicycles from the property that you can use on the backstreets to get around pretty fast and easily. They can also deliver bikes to you on the pier.

The bikes are old. But if you ask the staff for a good one, they will fix it for you. And they are free!

Amazing!! We have been travelling throughout South east Asia and this is the best accomodation we have stayed in. Gorgeous room, delicious breakfast, friendly helpful staff, right by the beach. Amazing value, we had a bungalow with a jacuzzi and breakfast and bike rental was included. Highly recommend.

the room is dark with only 3 lamps. no rack to dry swimsuit at the jacuzzi so we asked for 2 extra chairs to hang dry our swimsuits. water tank was broken on our check out day, so we left without showering :(((

Great location with free bikes to explore with. The staff were friendly. The pool was great. Loved the resident cat. Breakfast came with fresh fruit and juice.

Breakfast main choice was a bit standard and quality wasn't as high as other places.

typical Bali vibe, the staff are very friendly, they always say hello and there to help you book tours ect, they also give you bikes which you can leave outside your villa. Also the breakfast is yummy, couple of different options with a fruit plate, smoothie and hot drink and the breakfast seating area is right in the beach! Lastly! the bed is comfy, all very clean and there is a kettle and fridge :)

The washroom design is a hazard. The stones used to cover the floor in the shower area create water to stagnate and stink the whole place. They need to address this to stop spreading infection for anyone who takes a shower

The atmosphere around the Villas are nice, quiet, very good for relax. The Villas are clean. The staff clean the room everyday. All staff are helpful.

I surely booked "beachfront hotel", but actually it wasnt because of pandemic (they said) the beach front accommodation and restaurant were closed and only the inland one was opened, it takes 6 minutes to the beach by walk. Yes they have 2 accommodations! we didn't know that because there was no information about it in Booking.com. this is disappointed. The room was small and there was no space to walk, most of space was occupied double bed. and always heard neighbor's chatting.

The staff were super friendly and helpful! They were very welcoming and very responsive to any requests we had. will definitely be staying again.

The shower pressure in 2/3 of our rooms in the villa wasn’t that great, but such a minor detail compared to how great the accommodation was
