Hotel 88 Shinsaibashi

Fantastic location and amazing staff. Overall the property put a lot of effort into making things easy for travelers. They had many small touches that made so you did not even need to ask, because it was there or available and obviously so you could just get what you needed

All was good

The little things like toothbrush, hairbrush, cotton buds all for free. Washing machines and dryers downstairs, the staff were absolutely lovely and helpful. Best staff across our whole trip of Japan.

Staff was very helpful in bringing us to the bus station to take the bus to Kansai Airport. They even help us carry our luggages and help us get the tickets. There is a big dining area where there is free drinks and you can buy your own food and eat there. Location is just a few mins walk from Namba main shopping area.

Very nice hotel. Room was Very large and had good amenities that were clean. Large desk to do makeup, bathroom was large with a big comfy tub. The lounge of the hotel Had plates and such to eat food bought in the convenience stores which was nice. The washer and driers worked well and were always open and had a nice massage chair to use. Hotels staff was kind and easy to communicate with. Very close to train station and dotonburri was very close. Definitely would stay again. Walking around the hotel felt very safe.

Honestly really nothing it was great.
