JR難波駅直結でアクセスがよい。 イングランド文化を取り入れた建物やロビーの調度品が格式高く非日常な時間を過ごせた点が良かった。

建物やロビーがイングランドの文化を感じられたが、客室はごく一般的で、電話機などの備品がビジネスホテルにあるようなレベルだったのが残念。 ホテル内のバーの営業時間が20時までと短く、都市部にある割に使い勝手が悪い。

The mood of the hotel is luxurious and the staff is very friendly. You can enjoy a variety of Japanese food for breakfast. The hotel looks even better thanks to the working old gentlemen.

The sink is clogged. It's not a problem because it's only one night.

朝食がバラエティーに富んでいて、美味しかった。

ホテル全般に言える事だが、証明が少し暗すぎる感があった。 化粧がしずらかった。

I shared the room with my 2 sisters, it was quite tight but manageable. The location from the airport was easy as it is right beside JR Namba, and it connects to Namba Walk so it was easy to walk to Dotonbori.

The hotel was located at the 22nd floor of the building, so we had to take an elevator to get to the lobby, then another to our room. One evening, our aircon started to make a noise, and we were about to go to sleep. Maintenance came right away to check the problem, but eventually, the noise disappeared on its own.
