Bking.com states A12 but its actually ocean villa A18. Location very near to marble mountain but further fm Danang central. Grab to Big C cost avg vnd200k & 30min. Not much eatery ard d area, therefore selection on grab food or Baemin is less. Check in. Villa is neat can be cleaner. Floor,table,rooms cleaned & made. But kitchen wall has sticky stain, ancient spider web on wall corner, sticky hood, stained bathtub.Villa is tired and not well maintained. We stayed for 4 nights total 6A6K in a 5rm villa for SGD1968. Right before check in, optional activities list are provided. E.g bbq party at 30USD/pax.Grill w charcoal rent at 25USD. Breakfast 15usd/pax p day. Total 10 botl of 500ml drinking water for 4night. Bath&face towel, shampoo, handwash & body wash provided. Grdflr 1 bedrm w separate toilet no shower which is inconvenient becz we wet d whole place after swimming by walking up to d bathroom upstairs. This same toilet have a faulty tap that only releases hot water worker check unable to resolve so my parent have to washup at d kitchen sink,as they prefer sleeping in the groundflr bedrm. 4 ensuite bedrm on level 2. Only 2 have standing shower, 1 of the 2 has faulty light throughout and cant repaired. Tv in 2 rooms r not workin, toilet seat broken in another, broken kettle, fallen curtain rod but are resolved by the next day. Washing machine pipe leaking resolved by 3rd day. 2nd day fm 6am to noon no water supply in our villa. Manager claimed it affects the whole estate, we had to wash up w drinking water. Kitchen comes with pots, pans and ware but totally no condiments or coffee/tea. Villa 7min walk to beach. Shared buggy avail but Need to reqst 30min for a ride. Swimming pool by the beach is way nicer and bigger. Daily house keeping refuse to give us 1more pack of tissue even. So total only 2 pack for 4 nights.. Stayed in 3 accommodation thru out my trip(Hue,hoian,danang). This is the worst and cost the most.

The room is clean and comfortable. Staff are helpful and nice, were happy to make our restaurant bookings in and around the area. Arranged transport for us too. The main pool area was great, beach was beautiful. We felt comfortable and relaxing and definitely come back next time

Service of staff. She is very kind and hard worker.

Well. when I booked the villa, it is belong to company I think. But it is managed by owner. The website did not mention it so I confused at first.
