This property was incredible. The location was perfect, right by the beach, places to eat and mini marts. To have your own space to retreat to after a long hot day was something special. We loved the pool and everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom making for peace for the entire family. Lau came in every morning to cook us breakfast and tidy. She was absolutely lovely, respectful and fun. Always happy and friendly.

Nothing we didn’t like.

Our stay was great! The place was kept very clean by staff, pool was refreshing and the location was nice and quiet. We requested to add bacon to our breakfast and the host accommodated this for us! We had Lâu come and cook every morning and clean along with another lady and they did an amazing job! Also had access to the washing machine to do laundry, which was super helpful!

Can get hot upstairs on the 3rd floor as only the section with the bedroom is air conditioned where the shower/bathroom and staircase gets very hot. Also need to order a grab to get to restaurants and old town but this was cheap and easy to do!

Overall this is one of our favourite properties and we have visited three times, the only property we return to. The residential area means you make friends, there are three shops just a few yards away and an ATM nearby. Plenty of restaurants and bars a few yards away. The property has true photos and descriptions. The staff, Hanoi, Lau annd Liel (spelling?) are 1st Class.The villa is clean and well serviced. We recommend this villa.

Huset er fint indrettet. Gode rummelige værelser og terrasser. Beliggenheden er fin og hyggeligt at bo i et knap så turistet område som selve Hoi An. Hushjælpen Lau og manageren Thang var meget søde og forsøgte på alle måder at gøre vores ophold så fint som muligt.

Indcheckning står til kl 13:00, men var kl 14:00. Vi blev bedt om at komme tilbage senere. Der er vaskemaskine og tørretumbler, men det lykkedes os ikke at vaske, da den ikke var tilgængelig, men der er lokale vaskerier i området. Vi var uheldige med vejret og det meget regn gjorde huset fugtigt, så gulve, lagner, puder og dyner var ret kolde og fugtige. Der findes ikke varme i husene/hotellerne, så en god ide at rejse til An Bang/Hoi An i de forventede tørre månder, hvis du gerne vil sove tørt og have tørt tøj. Manageren sørgede for affugtere og det hjalp en del. Vær obs på at have det fulde beløb i VND ved ankomst. Der tages ikke creditkort. Hvis I har morgenmad med i bookingen, så indkøb evt. selv frugt, yoghurt og juice. Valget er en Banh My (flute m. lidt i) eller omelet eller pandekager.
