We had a great family holiday. The atmosphere of the hotel is very special and relaxing. The animation team is fantastic - friendly, energetic and really adds a lot to the experience. The staff were welcoming, the food was good with plenty of choice, and we really enjoyed our stay.
Some of the facilities, especially the rooms and pool area, feel a bit old-fashioned and could use some renovation. On the other hand, maybe that is also part of what gives the hotel its special charm and unique atmosphere. Nothing that stopped us from having a great holiday.

The food was excellent, with good variety and quality. Drinks were also good and never had to wait more than a few minutes to be served. The staff were all really friendly, helpful and efficient.
Rooms could use with a bit of an update, but the suites worked well for the family.

The food was good and the grounds were well maintained. The pools were very clean and a good size. No problem finding sunbeds.
The rooms are quite dated. And they don’t make it clear on your booking whether you will be in the main building or in one of the outer buildings. Also we had sea view rooms but right outside the room are people on sunbeds so you need to keep your curtains closed.
