Louis St. Elias Resort & Waterpark

I took my adult children and their kids aged 1 thru 11 for a late summer vacation. Having read the reviews I e mailed the hotel ahead of time requesting a room near the dining room and reception for those with prams. This was a great plan as the resort is large and there are paths and stairs to negotiate across the resort. Pools were great- kids and adults thoroughly enjoyed the waterslides Food amazing varied and no pressure in the dining room Stall all very friedly

Its far from the beach but we knew this when booking. The cost factor more than compensated for this. In the mornings we were at the pool and late afternoon either took shuttle or taxi to the nearby beaches which are amazing especially Green bay and Konnos beach

First of all the entertainment team is AMAZING!!!! We had so much fun all day and every evening. Amazing service at the restaurant and pool, good food, very comfortable room and bed and everything is sparkly clean

There were some minor maintenance issues that I didn't expect to find in such an expensive hotel. Also the only bathrooms in the lobby and pool area were kinda stinky.

Everything about this hotel is spot on from the moment you arrive you are welcomed liked family this is our 2nd visit here and already planning next year The staff here are what makes the hotel exceptional Andrea and Mohamed jr at the bar they always remember what you have always smiling and chatty. Reda at dinner such a happy guy he also remembers the drinks. Then there is the manager flouris words can’t explain how much this man does for the hotel he is everywhere there is nothing this man doesn’t do he wants every guest to have the best stay possible. Food and drinks are fabulous. Rooms are clean and comfortable view from our apartment was spectacular room cleaned to a high standard every day. Pools were clean and lifeguards very friendly. Perfectly located to be away from the strip but near enough to walk there. While there I had a deep tissue massage from priya and wow she really knows what she’s doing 10/10. Nothing at all

The staff of this hotel is very nice, you feel very welcome. Manager, at the restaurant, entertaining team was in the top level. The food was also very good, we enjoyed very much. Only because of the hospitality service I have a good impresion about my stay. beach is very nice shuttle to the beach is also very convinient

wifi very slow rooms needs to be maintained better cleaning service was not great
