Personnel extremely friendly, polite and professional.
Property is getting 'old'; need to refurbish parts of the hotel, including the most recent wing. Unacceptable to have a room with only one plug available.

This was my second and sure not the last stay. I like the hotel from the early check in through the perfect hospitality to the late check out.

Great location and nice pool and restaurants. Breakfast was good and the lobby and bar are spacious and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and attentive.
The rooms were tired and dated. Finishes were poor and there were gaps to the shower screen, the desk / dresser was a bit battered and partly delaminating. The worst thing is the bathroom is glass fronted facing the bed and there are no low-level night lights so you have to put the main bathroom light on if you want to use the toilet at night and that lights up the whole bed area so no one else in the room Room can sleep. Very, very poorly designed.
