Sunrise Oasis Hotel & Waterpark

What a great experience. super clean and comfortable. Good variety of food and drinks. We went with 3 kids, 10, 9, 1.5 years old. they had a blast, great swimming pool and slides. Because we stayed for one week we received 2 full course dinner at different restaurants on the strip. The staff at the hotel are amazing!!!! all of them. RAJ welcome us at the front and helped with the luggage. He was so nice and pleasant from the beginning through out the whole vacation. Ali at the pool restaurant is awesome! Rastmi was awesome, such a pleasant lady and professional cleaner. Raul and his brother are great and Nicoleta the sweet ice cream girl was awesome. and shout out to Prince- the cocktail guy, he is awesome, all of them. Basically all the stuff was amazing, I forgot plenty of names. The location is great, next to a stunning beach. We got our sunbeds seats, same beds were our for the whole stay-.that was great, the guys over there with the towels are great

Nothing

Excellent location, 5-10 min walk down to the main strip of protaras and the beaches. The hotel itself is immaculate, the rooms are great and the staff are so friendly and helpful, entertainment staff fantastic with the kids too! Food and drink available on the all inclusive was beautiful, great variety and the cocktails etc are all premium and made well. Kids activities on in the day were really good our 2 children loved them. Also your sunbeds and bean bags are allocated to you on your first day, you can choose where you want to be, and they are yours for your whole stay so no sunbed wars! The waterpark and pool os very clean and well maintained too, kept our children entertained all week! We have stayed here twice now and will deffo be back again.

Staff (Tracey is the best), room, facilities, bars and drinks

Clean, presentable hotel. Very friendly staff who were always smiling and happy to help. Short walk to the local beaches and shops. Comfortable and clean rooms, well maintained by good house keeping staff. Great pool and slides too.

The stairwell always stunk of cigarette smoke. The food quality was average for a 4 star hotel, although looked very presentable. The pool was very very cold. Music around the pool during the day was far too loud and it really didn’t need to be as the guests taking part in pool exercise were straight in front of the speaker system. During the evening, the entertainment music was loud and went on too late, as most young families were already in bed by this time.
