Good transport connections, very friendly staff.
I would have liked the towels to be changed every day.

The property got in touch at the moment of booking the room but also on the day of our arrival. My flight was severely delayed and we arrived long after the check-in time, but the property was in contact with me constantly, putting me at ease. It meant a lot!
The property is in a block of flats, 4th floor with a lift, rooms of the flat converted for accommodation. The rooms have got everything you need for a comfortable stay and also in the corridor, a place was set up to make coffee or tea.
For any issues, the answers on WhatsApp were prompt and helpful.
We stayed 3 in a room for 3 nights and every morning our room was cleaned.
The 2 metro stations nearby (V. Emanuele and Termini) plus the bus stop 70 were very handy for our visit in Rome.
The only issue would be the safety of the area. We didn't have any problems and police was everywhere.

"Vicina alla stazione Termini, quindi ottima per prendere mezzi pubblici. Si sentono i treni in partenza e arrivo, ma per chi sta dentro solo la sera non dà tanto fastidio."
