The communication was excellent with the host, the property was clean, well equipped, really close to public transport stations, the elevator worked properly and the price was correct and decent. It really was a nice stay, I recommend it.

Easy check-in, good communication with host. Nice that there were snacks waiting. Room looked like the pictures. There were no bedbugs, which is always nice! Linens were clean and so were the towels.
Floors and corners of the room were very dusty and crumby, there were also a few ants. Also the surfaces in the toilet were not cleaned too well. Walls are thin (we could hear the neighbors talking) and flushing the toilet is surprisingly loud. The ac works, but is noisy.

Efficient communications with self check in information.
Proximity to central station and other metro/tram stops is good.
Sizeable room and good shower.
We stayed in room 2 and the noise from main road is awful. Seems like room 1 and 2 would be the two affected by this. Constant cars, bikes, ambulances etc. coming past at all hours does not make for a restful night.
Air con in our room barely worked
