Nice, spacious property. Large lounge, excellent kitchen, downstairs toilet very welcome as was the en-suite off the main bedroom. Very quiet location and good access to both the coast and the Broads. The Marsham Arms, only 4 minutes away, was excellent.
The access was little tricky, having to turn sharply to get through the narrow gates.

Location was perfect, lots of walks and easy to explore the local area. Quiet location with own parking.
Garden wasn't enclosed, not an issue but a consideration if you are taking a dog. We enjoyed our stay but things looked very tired, scissors in the draw had no handle, shower head constantly drips so you have to leave it on the floor of the bath rather than hanging it up, sponges and cloth on the sink were dirty, tile on the fireplace was loose and kept falling off, cobwebs everywhere. Everything felt like it needed a good clean. No dishwasher tablets provided in the welcome pack and only one toilet roll provided.

Character and location, very quiet and peaceful, charming barn conversion
It felt tired. The showers were tricky, the crockery was chipped and miss-matched, the oven and some of the baking trays and frying pan were old and should be replaced, the bedside light was too dim to be useful. Small issues but it could do with a re-fresh.
