A beautiful appartment with an amazing view over the beach and bay. The beds are very comfortable and rooms are very clean. The host Georgette is wonderful and very helpful with every request.

This is the best view in Mindelo! The apartment is very clean, spacious and relaxing. Claudia was a very friendly and accommodating host, adjusting to any special requests you may have. I will definitely come back again!

The location is in a condo right at the beach and close to the harbor. The view from the living room is beautiful. The host answered all the questions quickly via booking.

Nothing to dislike.

Location is great 👍 just use the elevator and swim. The view and the breakfast 🥐 is great 😊.

As it is a private apartment, there are no indication of how to reach it from the outside. We received late information from the owner that we needed to let her know in advance our arrival, but since we did not get the message on time we showed up directly at the apartment, waiting in front of it, but there was no one inside to open us. The cleaning lady welcome you but she only speaks Portuguese so the communication is impossible if do not speak the language. The cleaning lady who is supposed to collect the payment asked for an higher price than the one indicated on Booking. The internet connection was not working at the beginning and later it was pretty bad. The bathroom is supposed to be private but anybody in the apartment can access it. Finally there was no bottle of water as indicated in the description of the room.

This is a luxury apartment which is located overlooking the best beach on Sao Vicente. Georgette was a wonderful host linking me to authentic Cape Verde experiences. It is also a safe 5 min walk to the ferry to Santo Antao and 10 min walk into Mindelo where on the weekend you will find live music at every corner. Loved my room which was very airy and had a quite ceiling fan. Quality linens and towels provided even for the beach. I will definitely be back to stay.

Exceptionally helpful & caring host. Great location, a stone's throw to the beach & a beach bar. Short walk along the waterfront to the city centre. Very close to the ferry port, 5 minutes walk to there - ideal for trips to Santo Antao. Fantastic view from the communal balcony overlooking the bay. Facilities clean & neat, working, high-quality bed.

Nothing to complain except noise at night from speeding/cruising motorbikes/cars showing off at night on the beach road. This is of course more a matter for the city/municipality/police and we heard it is even worse closer to the city centre where roads are narrow.

The apartment has a stunning (sunset) view over Praia da Laginha from it's balcony. Within easy walking distance from the city center (15min), the ferry to Santo Antão (10min) and a supermarket (5min). Great Italian restaurant located just downstairs. The apartment consists of a spacious living room, a spacious kitchen and two guest bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The bedding is very comfortable and the whole place is impeccably clean.

The WiFi network doesn't reach everywhere in the apartment. In the bedrooms it's fine, in the common room and on the balcony, you're out of reception (which is a pity if you want to work from the comfort of the couch or dining table, or use the internet while enjoying the view). Located 100m down the road is the Cape Verde Grinding Factory, which works through the night. If you sleep with open windows, expect some background noise. Using the air conditioning instead would solve that, but is unfortunately additionally charged.

Very nice view from terrace. Coffee machine, fresh beach towels, wash machine, big and beautiful room, parking place, ect :)

No warm water at evening, cold only.

The staff is really nice. The host came to pick us at the airport and showed us around the city center to show us the main attractions. She also cooked us diner for free because we arrived quite late at night. The view from the balcony is STUNNING and the building is of good standing.

We had small problems during our stay (clogged thub, lack of hot water & locked door) but when we mentioned it , the hosts were very reactive and helpful.
