We had a perfect stay at Solar Windelo in Mindelo. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, which made it really convenient for enjoying the area.
The room was comfortable and everything was well organized. The staff were also very helpful, especially with arranging taxis and transfers, which made getting around much easier.
The only thing I would suggest improving is having a refrigerator in the room. It would be a useful addition, especially for keeping drinks and small food items cool.

Beautiful view a few steps from the center of Mindelo, friendly staff and very tasty breakfast! Recommended to have some calm from the city center

Beautiful views from the balcony, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast. Staff were very helpful in organising taxis and trips, and restaurant recommendations.

I liked the security and kindness of the team working there.
I didn't like the location. Up the hill so was always recommendable to travel in taxi by night because of the area. The rooms a bit uncomfortable with the heat. No AC. Rooms and furniture are also a bit old so I didnt feel very comfy.
